Our flagship food offering Central Catering is based in two of our hospital locations Newcastle and Tamworth Hospital. Offering a range of food from breakfast, lunch, dinner and in between all in line with the Live Life well policy incorporating a variety of western, Asian fusion, Noodle bar, fresh salad bars, hot Mediterranean cuisine and grilled healthy burgers and cooked to order menu offerings. Central also boasts an onsite Pastry Chef who bakes fresh goods daily to supply all the outlets based in the Hospital locations.

Baratza is our signature brand café outlet with four locations now based in John Hunter Hospital, Royal Newcastle Centre, Belmont and Tamworth. Baratza prides itself in offering the best Barista made organic blend coffee with the Chef baked cakes, gourmet toasties, Turkish melts, muffins and other delicacies. GOGO is based near the main entrance to the John Hunter hospital this café offers a slice of all our other major outlets in one location. Sista Wrap is a fresh bowl wrap smoothie bar located in the Royal
Newcastle Centre is a favourite operating during the morning and lunch periods. This new site was established in 2013 in the Royal Newcastle Centre of the John Hunter hospital.
